Chapter 1

“He and I was a match made in heaven. Three sixes hide like normal sevens. Too soon he was taken. I loved him. May he rest in peace.”

Jack’s false words appeared true to the weeping faces of Billy’s friends and family. In the front row was his loyal and faithful friends; Chloe was holding a pure gold heart shaped neckless with the name “Harry” engraved on the back, she was wearing a plain black pencil skirt with a corset around her waist.

Lara had nothing but pain and justice in her eyes. She knew Daisy wasn’t the killer of her friend. She knew it was either: Chloe, Jessica or Jack. As she watched her dear friend Billy be buried under the ground, she kept her soft tender hands in the warmth instead of leaving them open the frigid air. As she looked at Jessica she noticed burn scars on her neck from where the killer used the shock collar on her, she felt sorry or was the shock collar a lie to bury her true self. She looked at Chloe, weeping into her neckless... or was she planning her next attack. Then her eyes wondered to Jack. Jack House. He showed no emotions... but why? Lara’s thought process was broken by a fellow member of Southgate.

Amelia Wells. She was Billy’s lab partner. Lara didn’t know her personally but she was one of the few people that didn’t stare at them... “The Survivors of Southgate.”

“Im so sorry for your loss” She said with kindness.

“Thank you... I’m glad you got to work with him... he was-“Lara started to tear up. Her blue eyes became crystalized.

“Amazing. I assure you. Whoever took his life will be found.” Amelia hugged her then walked off to attend to fellow school mates.

The funeral went on, for a long time. People said their goodbyes and nearly everyone left. In the moonlight Jack’s figure was kneeling over Billy’s grave, suddenly in the darkness the black coated devil masked killer appeared.

“Has the master said anything?” The distorted voice asked Jack.

“Yes... the final part of the game is in session.” Jack said not breaking eye contact with the grave.

“Who do we start with?”

“Lara. And then we pick them off one bye one”

“Daisy would be proud”

“If it wasn’t for Billy. Daisy would be alive”

Jack stood off and walked into the darkness with the killer like spiders waiting for the right time to attack the helpless fly trapped in its web.

Jessica and Lara walked towards Lara’s house, nothing but the orange street lights to show the way. The sound of their tiny heel shoes contacting the road. Jessica was still scared that her kidnapper was at large, she didn’t want to go back down to the bunker. Lara kept her guard up, she couldn’t trust no one. Not even Jess.

“Who do you think it is?” asked Jess.

“I don’t know” replied Lara.

“Are we going to try and find out?”

“No. We stay at mine with the doors and windows locked.”

Lara just said that as she didn’t want Jess to come. She had a lead on the killer, she noticed a name that kept coming up. “Bill$brey” it was there at the pizzeria and it was there in the bunker. It must be connected? She thought. There was an old shut down “Bill$brey” factory, she was going to explore when Jess falls to sleep. And she did.
