I scrubbed my hands under the faucet like my life depended on it.
Ink refused to come off.
Of course it did.
“Great,” I muttered, staring at my fingers, now a depressing shade of blue-black. “Just great.”
I shut the tap harder than necessary and grabbed some paper towels, wiping uselessly. My hands still looked like I’d lost a fight with a printer.
