Arrival to the Tomb
The sun was setting and a soft wind blew through the dunes as you made your way through the western desert. After days of careful navigational planning, you had finally arrived at the place you had been searching for: the entrance to the Tomb of Pharaoh Ahmose.
The tomb was old and weathered, but it clearly was built with skill and great attention to detail. As you stepped closer, you could make out carvings of various symbols on the surface of the stone. You guessed that these symbols had some special purpose, but there was no time to figure them out now.
You slowly opened the door and drew your torch, ready to explore the tomb. As you descended the steps, the chill of cold air hit you. This place had been untouched for thousands of years and the thought of what might await you deep in the chamber was both daunting and exciting.
