The Awakening
You awaken in a dimly lit chamber, your head pounding and your body weak. As your vision slowly adjusts, you notice ancient tapestries adorning the walls, depicting scenes of heroic battles and fantastical creatures. You struggle to recall how you ended up in this unfamiliar place, but your memory remains elusive.
With a great effort, you push yourself up and survey the room. A heavy oak door stands ominously before you, its surface etched with intricate symbols that you cannot decipher. To your left, a small window reveals a moonlit night sky, hinting at the world outside. A sense of urgency washes over you, urging you to choose your next move wisely.
