The Boy In The Red Umbrella

All Rights Reserved ©

Summary

A city is gripped by a string of mysterious murders. No evidence. No witnesses. The only clue at every crime scene is a red umbrella—silent, out of place, hauntingly persistent. Always there. Impossible to ignore. No one knows who it belongs to or why it appears. As fear spreads and questions rise, the mystery deepens. The Boy in the Red Umbrella is a psychological thriller about a presence that watches, waits, and leaves everyone wondering… what—or who—is really behind it.

Prologue

His hood slid down, swallowing his face in shadow as he stepped into the alley. The air was

damp, rancid, carrying the stench of rust and rotting trash. He didn’t always come here—

only when the rage inside clawed for release. Tonight, it was ravenous.

A scream split the silence. Shrill. Desperate. It echoed off the brick walls like a broken violin

string.

He froze. Not in fear. In focus. His head turned toward the crooked street splitting off

midway, where the dark seemed to breathe on its own.

A smirk carved across his lips, sharp and unkind.

“Target found.”

deea: An exquisite piece of art, PERFECT for every person who is crazy for a hot, dark romance. 🖤🔥 Starting with the heat from the very first chapters: Carter's great writing and fantasy, followed by a bitter taste from Huck's one-night stand, then the unfairly attractive traits of Lykos (the man with p...
