Chapter 1

Once, there was an American family living in Paris, France. The husband’s name was Jeffrey. His wife’s name was Jessie. Their children’s names were Baxter and Sandy.

One night, their apartment was stuffy. So, Jeffrey got out of bed for his wife and went to open the window. In addition to a cool breeze, Jeffrey was surprised to see a clear sky filled with points of light. He also saw a pink full moon and a glowing Eiffel Tower in the distance. Jeffrey even saw lavender trees outside the window.

He went to his wife’s side of the bed and signaled for her to follow him to the window. The sight moved them both to go outside and make love until sunrise. They were both in Heaven.

This sight moved Jessie to plant roses by the window and decorate the window with lights. This moved Jeffrey to make love to his wife until sunrise once again. They also kept the windows open to keep from getting stuffy. The breeze made them feel like they were in Heaven once more.

On a clear summer night, there was a beautiful blue moon. The points of light in the sky were sparkling. The clouds were pink. The streetlamps glowed like candlelight. There were even palm trees.

All of this inspired Jeffrey and Jessie to treat their kids to a rowboat ride. It was the greatest fun their kids ever had. The whole family remembered this night for the rest of their lives.
