My name is Lupin the 3rd, the world's greatest thief. Who alongside my partner Jigen. Were both chosen a couple of weeks back to steal and deliver an old western rifle worth tons of cash. Only to be ripped off by one of the biggest crime bosses within Europe name Edward Zulu. Who's also trying to get rid of us. A currently outside of Delhi, India. Searching for my beloved and fellow thief Fujiko Mine. Who too was being targeted by this evil man.
As our friend and rogue samurai Goemon was tagging along to assist us. After we gave him a friendly hand within Japan. Who were checking out the last known spot Fujiko was scene. As we've searched around the place with Jigen and I currently disguised as cops. To checkout the crime scene which was filled with not just bullet holes. But also looked like her pursuers were searching for something.
With no idea on what she might have taken. But whatever it is, if its got Edward Zulu involved. Then it was a very big deal. As Jigen stood alongside me while whispering. I ain't going to lie boss. For whoever was shooting at her. Their shots were really good, which meant that these guys aren't going to stop. Until she's dead. Knowing he was sadly right. I replied back while whispering. Then we better get going.
Jigen fully agreed as we easily slipped away and made our way down to where we've left our samurai friend with our rental car. Who noticed us approaching and began asking. Did you learn anything useful? I told him. She's being chased by professional hitmen but also on her tail. Who seemed to have been staying at the Golden Swords Hotel. After finding one of their famous lighters at the crime scene. Which might have belonged to Fujiko. Curious Goemon replied. If that lighter did belong to one of the hitmen. Then why would they drop it? This was a good question.
As I replied with quickly looking curious here. If I had to guess. It either belonged to Fujiko or its them trying to lure us into a trap. A if that is the case. Then they already know we're here in India and might come for us as well. Which made Jigen speak while pulling out a cigarette for himself. If that is the case Lupin. Then we're in real big trouble. With Goemon now speaking. I must sadly agree. That if we don't watch our step out here. Then we could land ourselves within really huge trouble.
Knowing that they were both right here. We got moving straight away as we arrived at the hotel and learned that Fujiko wasn't just here. But was also not alone. As she was scene with an unusual American man. Dress in weird clothing and might be possibly armed. Which was surprising news for us. As I tried to ask the front desk some questions about the mystery man. Only to see some police officers stepping out of the elevator. Causing us to quickly leave before they noticed us.
For even with our disguises. We weren't going to take those chances. Especially when Fujiko life was within danger and would have to find her plus the mystery man fast. Before these mysterious professional hitmen do. As we've searched the northern end of India for the next five days until we got lucky. After a tourist supposedly spotted her and the mystery man. In the middle of being shot at by two mysterious hitmen. Both of which were taken down hard. But also kept alive as well.
Who hurried towards that direction as Jigen nervously asked me as I was driving fast down the road here. You want to tell us Lupin. On where exactly you'r taking us? I told him. From what I saw on the road map earlier, there's a small town not far from where the shooting had happened. A if I had to be a betting man. Then those two are hiding out there. Who must hurry before the rest of those hitmen find out where they're hiding out. Knowing that I was right. We kept hurrying down there until we've reached our destination.
Where we've searched around the somewhat rough part of town. Who couldn't see Fujiko anywhere. Yet also knew that she and that mystery man were here somewhere. Who kept looking around until we all heard something as Goemon tried to go for his sword until a male voice spoke from our left side. Don't even think about it swordsman. Which caused our sword wielding friend to freeze within his tracks. Knowing if he tried anything. Then we would all be shot where we stood. Which wasn't an option.
As my eyes turned towards the unknown gunmen. Who was surprise by who it is, for it was none other than the vigilante John Eagle himself. Who stood at 5′8, dark blue colour eyes, long black hair and thick dark beard on his face. Who was surprised by this as I stood here and spoke. Well....this is an interesting surprise. To be meeting the famous American hero. Who's taken down some of the worst criminals across American soil. Yet here in India of all places. For it makes one wonder why you'r so faraway from home? Facing us he replied. Really Lupin? Then why is the worlds's greatest thief out here?
