The Devil's Confession

Anchor:"Finally the serial killer Jack Miller was arrested today morning by the senior officer Henry James.
At police station
Jack sat on a chair across from officer Henry.His face showed no signs of terror all he had was an admiring smile for officer Henry.
Jack:"I'm really lucky I finally got to meet my role model."
Henry:"Shut up,you're a serial killer while I'm the protecter of law I could never be your idol."
Jack:"I watched all your cases,how you caught the criminals,your sharp mind,how easily you fooled every criminal it helped me dodge all those weak points those stupid criminals made.Thats why the police took 5 years to caught me."
Henry pulled his gun out and placed it on the table,"I'm not here to listen your bullshit tell me why you killed 46 people?"
Jack chuckled,"Who said I killed 46 people?"
Henry:"You wrote a letter to me in which you confessed all those murders.You gave me your location too that's why I caught you."
Jack sighed and crossed his arms looking out the window,"I only ever killed people who couldn't survive,poor and weak people,I did a favour to them by getting them rid of this shitty life.I am a hero,aren't I ?"
Henry stood up from his chair and put the gun on his forehead,"Your goal is to kill 50 people and you have kidnapped 2 kids earlier.Where are they?"
Jack laughed staring at his gun,"Okay,Okay I'll tell you their locations only if you answer some of my questions."
Henry sat back down on his chair glaring at Jack,"Bark Now."
