The Cruel Prisoner of the King
Episode 1 – The Blood-Stained Throne
The royal court was completely silent.
The young King sat on his golden throne, wearing a white royal robe and a shining crown. His silver-white hair rested neatly on his shoulders, and his cold blue eyes watched everyone in the hall.
No one dared to speak.
Suddenly...
The huge palace doors opened with a loud sound.
Bang!
Royal guards walked inside, dragging a man in heavy chains.
His black clothes were covered in blood.
His long black hair hid part of his face.
Even with chains around his hands, he walked without fear.
The guards pushed him to his knees in front of the King.
A minister stepped forward.
"Your Majesty... this is Kael Draven."
"He killed Lord Malrik in front of hundreds of people."
The court filled with shocked whispers.
"Lord Malrik is dead?"
"How could someone kill him?"
Everyone looked at Kael.
They expected him to beg for mercy.
But Kael stayed silent.
Slowly...
He raised his head.
His deep red eyes met the King's blue eyes for the first time.
Everything around them seemed to disappear.
Kael couldn't stop looking at him.
A small smile appeared on his face.
Not a smile of fear...
But a smile filled with curiosity.
The King frowned.
He had seen many criminals before.
But no one had ever looked at him like this.
The silence in the court became even heavier.
No one knew...
That this single meeting would change both of their lives forever.
