Chapter 1
“And so, the lions and hyenas lived in peace from that moment on, and continue till now.” A male white lion stated, glancing down to the five cubs that were listening carefully to him. The lion was muscular with milky white fur and large, magnificent mane around his neck. However, the most special feature are his two golden eyes.
“Dad, I want to hear the full story of the Light Riders, can you tell us from the beginning?” The only white lion cub among the five asked, grinning to his father.
The white lion chuckled, “Of course.....It date back to where a special white lion cub named Erik and a hyena cub named Hadhi were born.”

Roaring of delight could be heard everywhere in the Narjotic kingdom, today, their queen, Xi Luka had given birth to her second child. A small, fluffy white lion cub.
Xi Luka lay in her den, nuzzling her newborn son, her mate, Rokun walked in, smiling gently as he lay beside his mate and child.
Rokun gently nudged Xi Luka, “it’s beautiful, what do you want to name him?” he asked.
“Erik....” Xi Luka said, “it fits, and I am sure he’ll become a great warrior against those hyenas!” she exclaimed.
Rokun remained silent, though nodded, decided not to make any comment on the issue.

Meanwhile, in the Southern Land, celebration could be seen anywhere as well. The hyena matriarch of the clan, Shujaa had just given birth to her first litter of cubs.
Shujaa grinned in delight, watching her three cubs, two were females with one male.
Dokeza cackled as leaned down to observe his children, “what do you want to name them?” he asked.
“The middle one would be Hadhi, meaning status. She seems strong, and will be my heiress, the other female...” Shujaa paused a bit, glancing to the smaller cubs, “will be Taraja, meaning hope, since I am confident she will survive, and the male one should be Msonge.”
Dokeza nodded, “they will be great warriors against the lions.”
Shujaa chuckled, “indeed, I will train to be the best lion-killers.” she smirked.
