Prologue
Loud music rang in my ears, I could smell the fragrance of a lot of flowers surrounding me. But I felt my body numb. I just look up to see my parents having tears of joy in their eyes. Quickly I averted my eyes from them. My Brain saying, “it’s only for parent’s happiness” again and again. My heart saying. Wait why it is not saying anything. Then I remembered “aha yes... It is not there with me...“It died when my Raj left me... Left the world!Suddenly I heard music got loud which get me out of my trance and I could see “Mangal Sutra” in front of me and I felt a hard finger gently touching my neck and tying it, That’s it!. I am now “Mrs Whatever”... I just laughed inside me thinking I don’t even want to know the person sitting beside me who is my husband now!My eyes fell onto the “Mangal Sutra” chain just wondered what it meant to me!!! What this life meant to me. Sudden fear went through my spine, I just looked up to the person sitting beside me... Just then I realized he is staring at me with a smile on his face which reflected in his eyes. Big Hazel eyes holding a lot of promises in them...Whose smile faded when he had looked into my eyes. A slight frown appears in between his eyebrows which he quickly recovered and diverted his eyes to the guests. I averted my eyes and glanced towards my friends who are having a very big and satisfied smile on their faces.I stared at them blankly wondering how my life going to be from this point.
