Suhaina
She enters in the room where her mother is reading a book. Her mother sees her and keeps the book on the table and asks her.
Mother:
“What happened to my sweetheart? Why are you so sad?”
Suhaina:
“I went to father so he can teach me, but he became angry with me.”
She gasps and holds her daughter’s hand and says.
Mother:
“So, my little angel why do you disturb him again and again? If you need help, you can ask me. The girl’s eyes are full of tears and says in a broken voice.”
Suhaina:
“I just want to spend some time with him. I feel unlucky whenever I see my friends with their fathers. I also want that my father talks to me, teach me, help me, take me and my siblings out for a picnic. Every father loves their kids then why don’t mine?”
The woman’s eyes fill up with tears and she gives her a painful smile and says to her.
Mother:
“because your father is a poet and your friends’ fathers are not. But it doesn’t mean he does not love you.”
Suhaina:
“So why he is a poet? Why doesn’t he do something else? He doesn’t love us, he doesn’t even care about us.”
She lurches and mother see her go.
