Chapter one Joker Braze

I felt a restlessness in my heart and the uneasiness was forcing me to hurry. Without knowing were to go,I just kept walking-driven to continue moving forward. Then I reached out my arm and felt.My eyes opened in astonishment. Until I realized that I have lost consciousness.Beyond my reach,I found an unfamiliar ceiling above me. It was too different to call it a ordinary room...I have never seen such a weird place before. “Where am I” there was a irritation in the words of my voice but I managed to spit them out. And it wasn’t because I was laying on the cold hard floor.Indescribable emotions that were neither anger or despair twisted my heart. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. “I feel dizzy...no it’s more like pain”. Having to take a deep breath to chase away the painful feelings. “What a strange cave”. There was a clock embedded in the twisted wall and cards sprouting from the slanted floor. It was a mysterious Place with no way of telling if it is night or day. “What was I doing here again”? “Wait”. “Who am I”...”You’re Alice.” “What?” The sudden voice struck me. I reflexively looked back and found a man standing right before me. “Good morning Alice”. I was completely lost in admiration but calmly responded to him. “I’m not Alice.” I confidently replied...After all my name wasn’t Alice. “I’m...Alois.” After I dug into my memories and gave him my name, he stared back at me with an obvious look of curiosity in his eyes. There was a glow of amusement in his rose-colored eyes and crimson colored hair. “Nice to meet you, Alice. “ I’m Joker Braze.” “Nice to meet you, too, Mr.Braze.” I sarcastically greeted the man who still called me the wrong name. However, he did not seem to care in the least. His lips were still curled upward from ear to ear. “So, Alice, what were you so worried about? You forgot who you were, huh?” “...Indeed. Do you know something? You’ve been talking like you do.” He replied to me with a soothing smile. “No, nothing important.” “I just saw you come from agent mirror. You’ve been sleeping here ever since.” His words made me even more confused than I was before. “A giant mirror...?” This giant mirror sounded familiar. Oh, yeah... I did go through it. And I chose to do it for my own free will. I looked into his eyes but said nothing. Not fully convinced, I decided to deal with the situation. “Where's the mirror?” All I could see were mysterious walls, there was no mirror in sight “I guess it’s gone.” As he said those words it made me more worried and start to panic. He took a quick glance and replied to me as if it were of no concern to him. Well, I guess it wasn’t his problem but I can’t seem to remember anything. “So what rate are are are are you going to do Alice?” Joker narrowed his eyes and gave me a mischievous smile. “In this situation, any other dainty, sensitive girl would have a tears stained face painted with sadness and confusion, right?” “I don’t mind comforting you.” “Is that so? Well, it’s the thought that counts.” Rather, I couldn’t let myself get lost and confused because of this odd situation. “So Joker, was it? I shall excuse myself here. I need to get going.” “We’re to? You don’t remember anything.” “Yes, that’s why I’ve got to go.” If I don’t have any memories... I must go searching for my identity, desires, and hopes... I wanted to find ‘me’. “Alice you’re one tough one...” before he could even finish his sentence I stopped him and said, “I told you my name is not Alice. You’re mixing me up with someone else.” I headed toward the light, trying to find myself.
