Hello glossary
Hi, my name is Isabel, I’m 34 years old, I’m from Colombia but I live in Panama where I work in my own business, let’s say a frozen dessert Company. I have this new Project in mind and this is kind of a journal to its completion, in my note books I’m writing it in a mix of Spanish and English, but here It will be very proper and have a full version in both languages, it’s not edited cause is just my scattered thoughts throughout the day. And it’s a sure source for grammatical errors, best say all kinds of errors.
I guess I need a cast of characters, places and not so common sayings and words, like a glossary, so in order of appearance:
Maria Fabia: my older sister, I don’t know how else to describe her influence in my life she’s just my sister and I don’t understand people who don’t get along with their sisters, she seems to be a part of me, like my arm, but a more annoying and loved one actually. She’s a 7 in the enneagram and it’s exhausting.
Enneagram: personality classification system. It’s a model of the human psyche and there are nine interconnected personality types in it.
Candy Flame: one of my cousins, not her real name, obviously, but quite a close translation, I think it fits her, also she could start a wrestling carrier with it, shell be good at it too, some times. Anyway, she’s probably my ride or die, one of them. I won’t say nothing about her enneagram because she won’t like it. And she´ll be mad. She hates passion fruit.
ToR: the onion router, way to accessing the deep web and black markets.
Barbosa: town to the northeast of Medellin (I´m from Medellin and all my family lives there).
La vuelta: la vuelta a España, internacional cycling competition.
Alphie: my kid brother, my original ride or die, might as well be my older brother or my grandfather for that matters. He’s the person I go to for practically everything, he’s also kind of like a living guiding spirit and my fist connection to anything like a spiritual path. He’s wise and very patient with me, when he’s not being very inpatient with me. He thrives among books and very serious obsessions, meditation, dreams, healing therapies, the nature of consciousness, human behaviors, numbers, astrology, I could go on and on. A 5 in the enneagram and very Virgo.
Ernesto: my business partner. He is also from Medellin. We have a very good relation right now but boy did it started bumpy. He’s a lot older than me and very much my teacher in a lot of things and a source for daily laughs and discussions where we almost never agree but end peacefully, most of the times. He sells (oh boy he can talk you to exhaustion), I take care of production and books, most of everything else we do it together. He also doesn’t eat anything that is weird (the not weir list is very very short: chicken, meat, potatoes, tomato, rice, yeah that’s kind of it, or everything that’s in a burger is ok) which is hard to understand for me. He´s a 3 on the enneagram.
Milhoja: millefeuilles dessert.
Maxi: my cousin who died when we were younger. I think about him, a lot.
Jhon: our 5.2´ (not that me with all of my 5.3´have a lot to say about someone’s height) delivery and jack of all trades guy.
Biodanza: I’m not sure, maybe I will be later, may be not, but it’s something Alphie told me to look up, it’s a therapy method or something.
Constellations: or family constellations is a therapeutic method that reveals dynamics in families or any given system. It was founded by Bert Hellinger. I think his methods are amazing. So basically: present day obstacles or problems, in any area of life, are influenced by traumas suffered in previous generations of the family, even if I’m unaware of the event or even of the ancestor, so the treatment is done in sessions, through representatives of the part involved in the system or family. Quite impressive, actually.
H: my teacher, my guru, my fist contact with a lot of teachings, alphie´s master also. He died, I loved him.
Zafu: meditation cushion
Cocaine drops: I call them that, they are not. Its natural medicine, more like a placebo I guess, is a microdosing of coca leafs. Alph recommended them. Their ingredients are just water, alcohol and coca leaf tincture, just 3 drops 3 times a day, quite harmless actually. Also, I’ve never tried cocaine.

Girolamo Cardamo: xvi century scientist and the main character in Michael Brooks “The quantum astrologer´s hand book”. Alphie lend it to me, I’m liking it very much.
Juan Miguel: my first long term boyfriend. We were together for a very long time. We parted ways a long time ago, I wouldn’t want to be with him right now but our relationship really influenced me, both in a good and in a bad way.
Queeny: cousin
Mita: my aunt, mu moms little sister, Queeny´s mom.
Sandy: cousin
Helena: my aunt, my late uncle´s wife, Sandy’s mom
Mar: cousin
Lolita: cousin
Karla: Alphie’s girlfriend.
