Witch, Werewolf and Fae

You know when your heart is in your stomach and suddenly everything around you seems to move in slow motion. Your eyes dart back and forward, people around you seem silent even tough their mouths move. It is like the world tunes out for a moment and you are left with only panic inside you. That was how it felt you know. My legs and arms were numb, the world silent, moving eventhough I was stuck in that moment. Then I heard it... the arrow. It ran straight past my stomach and hit Clara in the chest. She heaved, chest moving quickly but I didn't move, I was frozen, stuck. Tears rolled down her face and even then, it was like I was rooted down, helpless.

"Rogue you bitch, help me! You're the -" she was cut off, blood spurted from her mouth, black and decaying. She was dying, right in front of me. I could hear it, her heart slowing to the beat of the footsteps, the clanging of the swords. Then I felt it... the hand, large, gloved in leather. It pulled me backwards and turned me round, then I saw him. Jamie. My brother...

His sword was against my chest, eyes glowing with the red fire of the blood moon pack. His body was fully clad in armor, like that of a general or alpha. His boots were thick with insulation and his clothes had a layer of some sort of intertwined metal all over.

"Look who returned, poor Jamie, no one loves me, I'm such a whiny brat!" he snarled, pulling back his lips to reveal his elongated fangs. I stepped back, eyes ablaze with the green fire. He was a monster, an abomination. I grabbed the sword out of my sheath and took my stance. Never thought I'd say that, I was about to fight my brother to the death.

"You disgraced our family" I pushed forward, sword flicking the area of skin on his neck, blood poured onto the grass but he did not move.

"You disgraced our name" I lunged forward again, heart stammering as I saw him start to sway. He fell towards me and clipped my knee, blue blood poured from the open wound.

"At least I bleed like a person, if anyone's the monster it's you" he choked, eyes hazing over. I saw his back up, hundreds of thousands of men, dressed in the same clothes as him, carrying far deadlier weapons, mallets and swinging spike balls. I spun round, using my gained momentum to slice into his wrist guard and reveal the name on it.

Clara

"I always thought you were a heartless bastard, but now I know, you hated Clara because she was meant for you. You killed her so you could be together in the afterlife. Well, guess what brother, Fuck you," With that I placed my hand on his heart and healed him, letting my own spirit sink into him and heal his flesh wounds, "You're gonna rot in a cell for the next thousand years, just hope you starve before Link gets his hands on you!"

His head slumped to the side, eyes dull and sunken in, body limp and frail from the blood moon. Seeing their leader fall, the soldiers left, swords crossed over their heart as a way of mourning. Amy rushed towards me, curls bouncing around her heart shaped face. Weak from using my power, I let go of my leg, blue blood spurted outwards and I fell forwards, head smashing violently against the sodden ground.

"Hey, come on, wake up... I guess I have to eat these croissants on my own then..." I rolled over hand rubbing gently against the ground. I groaned, rolling back onto my back. Sparks ignited on my face as I tried to ignore the smell of the pastry.

"Link, leave me, I'm sleeping!" I mumbled, trying to ignore my urge to jump on him. He laughed and pressed his lips onto mine. I melted into the kiss, relishing the feeling of him back in my life after three weeks of loneliness.

"You're a dick!" I mumbled as he chewed suggestively on my bottom lip. His hand had moved from my cheek and was currently twisting a thick strand of hair around. He smiled, but his eyes were still dark. He laid down next to me, sweeping me ontop of him.

"I have a lot of warriors outside wanting to say thank you. You saved their wives, children, mums and grandparents lives yesterday..." he said, eyes moving to the cut in my knee. It was stitched, skin blue and purple against my usual golden brown colour.

"They don't have to, I'm the Luna, I have to do it" he smiled, hand making small circles on my leg. He turned over so he was facing me.

"But you didn't, you fought your own brother and were ready to take on a whole army for the pack. You made me so proud, knowing I have such a beautiful and perfect mate, who will stop at nothing to protect the innocent..." I blushed, face rapidly heating up and turning into a ripe tomato. Link just laughed, loud and uncontrolled. His laugh was powerful and made his chest rumble. I sat myself inbetween his legs and pushed my back against his chest.

"I love you..." I felt his breath hitch, chest pausing in its rhythmic beats. He seemed to shift uncomfortably, the only sound in the room was my own breathing. His hands fell from their place around my hips and moved to the pillows, helping him prop himself up. He lips connected with my neck before I had felt him move, small open mouthed kisses left streaks of saliva on my neck. I tried not to shift but failed, wanting to be as close as I could to him. I felt his teeth graze my neck and then I knew what he wanted, wasn't it obvious?

He turned me so I was facing him, his eyes were already the green I had learnt to love. Eventhough I was the pack's Luna, I had not been marked. I was afraid, would he accept my heritage? My blue blood? Would he find it weird? But in that moment, I knew what I had to do... but it wasn't just that... I wanted it too...

"Mark me Link..." His eyes lit up, brown swirling with his wolves green. He moved my hair from my neck and I turned my head, giving him more room. He placed a single kiss to the spot before biting down, his large canines sinking deep into my skin. It felt like I was finally one person, all this time I had felt empty, you know? When he pulled his teeth out, I reached for him and we shared another kiss. I could taste my blood on his lips, sweet and salty. He moved back to my neck, cleaning up the small bits of blood that had appeared. I placed my head on his chest, loving the sound of him breathing, while I traced small circles across his abs. Eventually, his breathing slowed telling me he was asleep.

Finally, I can make my escape...
