"This was very well written. Keeps you on edge. Never knowing for sure who is really good and who is bad. A few typo errors but they can be easily fixed and a repeat sentence in the story that can also be easily fixed. I certainly hope that the story doesn't end here. It was really well written and fun to read .. exciting to read. I can't wait to see what happens from here with Salem and Leo. Keep up the good work."

Her character is well balanced, preserving the aura of mystery. The dark magical elements are enthralling. Even though the story is fictional, the elements are well relatable. Mesmerizing
"I can’t say how much I was captivated by your work! In a few moments I’ve already read nearly half the book and it was absolutely mesmerizing. I love how Salem seems to be a confident, strong female lead whereas she also faces her own haunting mistakes and how it’s damaging her mental and makes her deeply cautious around others. Leo is just very sweet, I can definitely relate to how Salem is attract to him. Your up-to-point writing style amazes me as it never gets too informative, never gets boring. I kept thinking “wow, how could this author go over everything so smoothly?” Every sentence just locks together so well. I love your writing. Please keep up the great work. Happy writing!"

A Perfect Recipe
"This was amazing! All the characters are really good. Salem is trying so hard to hide her dark powers, but they keep on trying to spill out which I love. Leo though, he is brilliant, so caring and kind, and understanding, just what she needs. I also love that, in this book the author is really good at portraying anxiety. The heroine is worrying about things in earlier chapters but in a realistic and relatable way. I have high levels of anxiety myself, so I know whats it's like and the authors' portrayal was spot on!"

" Salem is a witch who likes to keep to herself. She alone knows of the dark and powerful magic that resides deep within her being ...and how difficult it is to control it. After all, her namesake is a town where hundreds of witches were once killed. Is her name perhaps a curse? Suggesting that she too has the power to kill, if she looses control of the dangerous magic within herself? Leopold unfortunately doesn’t sense the danger. Or perhaps he does and is strangely attracted by it. He is deeply fascinated by this mysterious dark-haired beauty, but he is not sure why. Is it perhaps because he senses the destructive power within herself? Or even the deep secret she carries along with guilt? Whatever it is, Leopold finds her irresistible forgetting perhaps what happens to moths when they fly to close to a burning flame. A refreshing paranormal love story. Werewolf stories are nice too, but sometimes I yearn for something a little more exotic and this story satisfies. I’ve only read three chapters so far, but I think I already know Salem’s shameful secret. I hope Leopold knows what he’s in for. I can see him accidentally getting killed if he doesn’t handle Salem the right way. Can’t wait to see how the romance progresses. "

The authors writing techniques have me falling in love with all of the characters, even the ones I’m not supposed to like. I definitely recommend reading this book, I myself am itching for the next update. "

""Tormented" is a story that has definitely caught my attention and won't letting it go any time soon. The dialogue is what I would say is the strongest point of the book, extremely organic. The way they talk and respond to one another seems so natural it's intriguing, making you want to know which character is going to say something next and what they will say. It's almost like being present in an actual conversation and that is something that was accomplished well here. The characters are also layed-out well within the first and second chapters, giving the readers a feel for what kind of people they are going to be reading about. My only criticism would be one the first chapter. There were times where Salem would be talking about herself as being stronger than the rest and, personally, I think it would have been better to show how much stronger she is instead of her giving the reader that sort of information, which is done within the very same chapter and is shown in almost every chapter afterwards just in the way she acts while around people, so I don't feel as though that bit where she explains it is needed. But other than that, the story is great! The plot is very interesting and, my goodness, I need a Leo in my life! I love all the characters and they all have that slight quirk in their personalities that keeps them interesting, realistic, and lovable, one way or another, something that can't be found in many stories anymore. Overall, this has been an enjoyable reading experience from me and the author is so talented that I believe this will continue to be an enjoyable experience even after it ends and I look back on it. Well done!"

"Tormented's enigmatic and suspenseful plot is absolutely riveting! The conspicuous shadows darkening Salem's past add delightful depth to this novel, and the character dialogue is often witty and offers comical relief. Moreover, I very much appreciate how the poignant reminders of Salem's past persona are written, (while she compares her current melancholy temperament with her previous audacious one), as this is the epitome of the word 'torment'. A word of advice, when penning complex mysteries, strive to provide readers with more thought-provoking clues, (IE: peculiar occurrences that can later be unraveled by readers as the novel progresses). This being said, I truly hope that Salem isn't the witch who decimated that poor town, as this would be too obvious a plot twist. Overall, an enticing novel that I cannot wait to continue reading."

"You've got my attention! With each chapter of my story, I found myself wanting to know more about Salem's past and about everyone's obsession with her. Your writing style portrays her in a very realistic way. I've read a lot of stories where the protagonist has a "past", and sometimes the narrative gets old, but this is not the case with your story at all! I look forward to more updates!"

A lot of people want to just fly under the radar like Salem. I like magic stories and Salem is far more advanced. I wonder why she's in that class, but also doesn't use her magic🤔"

"As soon as I started reading the book it I couldn't stop. The plot is well developed and moves with an ease. There is just enough of mystery to keep yourself thinking about what will happen next. Very few grammar mistakes so don't worry about the story not making sense. And I love how the characters talk like how us teens would!"
