Summary

Born and brought up in a simple life with ordinary routine, Nesta has wished for more than her mundane routine even as she was a child. But when her father leaves in search of answers and her mother soon passes away, her desires are instead exchanged for simple survival. When she grows older, she marries a good man, living a gentle life with her husband and caring for her children through many more seasons, her desires for more always brushed away. But now with Phina dead and her children married and settled in their lives, Nesta finds her desires too strong to not find a way to live them. So, she does. Welcome to another one of my books. This is a fantasy story set in an imaginary world with different beliefs.

The protagonist of the story coincides with different places (some may even be of earth, some not.)

So I am pointing out some important highlights. Please read.

Papayi and mamai - father and mother

Papa-jai and mama-jai - father-in-law and mother-in-law.

Casca - milk producing animal.

Lords and Ladies - Gods. (Not lords and ladies of land. Actual gods of Gazi.)

Sweet and sour food - fruits and vegetables

Months of biting snow - winters

Months of blooming flowers - Spring

Months of High Sun - summers

Months of felling leaves - autumn.

A new life cycle/ new cycle of life - A new year

Oisha Bonds - marriage bonds named after Lady oisha (goddess of marriage and family.)

Wish maker - Xittai

Wish Granter - Yittai

Saint - a man/ woman who has been deep in meditation for many years without food and water; believing their sustenance to be fulfilled through spirituality.

Cilap - the practice of meditation done by saint.

(This saint has been in cilap for 6 new life cycles and has gained the fortune of being a Yittai.)

Misca - a type of a flower. It is sacred.

Younging - Youthful days

Salai - a pet animal

Preacher and faction - teacher and school
