Origins
*Flashback*
"Look at her! Born of two packs, one being shadow, another being spirit," mother said.
"Raven. It's perfect."
My parents took me to a solitary room.
"Let's see her hair, she might be of three," father said.
They let my hair down.
"H-how are there four colors?"
"This has to be a mistake. Let's check her blood, that determines it."
They pricked my finger and let the blood fall out. Four colors. Red, blue, black, white. I could already tell they weren't happy. They wanted me of two or three.
"N-no, this isn't possible!!" mother yelled.
I let out a growl to the yell.
"Oh, my, lord..." father said.
"That's impossible!! There aren't any left!!!!".
I had shifted. Into my wolf. They were shocked. I knew that they didn't want a daughter who was one of them. My eyes had turned white, black, red, and blue. Not all mixed. They knew I couldn't be their daughter. But it was true. I was their daughter. What they didn't know about is who I was chosen by. It made me one of the reasons I'm so iconic to a part of my heritage. Anyways, back to yelling.
"What in the hell!!"
"This isn't our daughter!!!"
They didn't want me, one because I was in all four directions, as some say it. Two, because I was one of them.
"Wait."
"Huh?" mother said.
Father looked over at her.
"She's the chosen one of-"
"You two ok in there?" a doctor asked.
They were caught by surprise.
"Y-yeah, we're ok!!"
"Shit, we need to get her out of here," father said.
They took me out of the room, slowly crept past the doctors, and out the door. They kept me in a basket. They both shifted so they could run faster, and took off. Mother held me in the basket by her mouth. My eyes were wide open. I was back to my normal form. I watched as we went by the cherry blossom trees and the rose bushes, the wind slowly blowing in my hair. I looked over and saw father. A blue and red wolf. I looked up at mother. A blue and white wolf. I closed my eyes.
*Aleya POV*
What were we going to do with her!? She's of all four, it's impossible!!! While we were running, I looked down at Raven. She seemed to be asleep. As we kept running, I felt the presence of someone or something else.
"M-ma," Raven started to say.
My eyes widened.
"M-mama," she said.
I sent a message to her through my mind. Because I'm part spirit wolf and she's part spirit wolf, we're able to contact each other through our minds.
*Raven POV*
I realized mother had sent me a message. It was all I heard. It said, "Mama's name is Aleya". Now that I knew her name, I could send messages to her. See, you need to know a spirit wolf's name to send messages to him or her. I sent a message back. It said, "What's papa's name?"
I got a message back saying his name was Snake. I sent another asking what our last name was. She said it was Ryker. So my initials were R.L.R. The L is my middle name which is Luna. I felt myself dozing off. I was really tired. I used up most of my energy from my first ever transformation. Our werewolf species have different types of energy. Depending on the pack we're born from, that is our main energy. Then all werewolves have strength energy, healing energy, speed energy, and voice energy. If we use up all of our energy, we die. So, I was starting to fall asleep. Though I didn't use my strength, healing, speed, or voice energy, I drained most of my main energies.
I finally started to go to sleep. It was hard to though. The wind blowing in my hair, the thumps of my parent's paws, the rustling of the leaves in the trees.
*Snake POV*
"Where should we put her?" I asked Aleya.
She shrugged.
I know.
"I know where, follow me," I said.
She nodded.
While we were running, it felt like something or someone was following us. I followed the energy flow from my mind. I found what it was.
I stopped running. Aleya stopped too. I told her to switch to human form. We both shifted. I quickly followed the energy flow again. It was heading for Aleya. She had put the basket with Raven down. It took me a bit to determine the shape. It was in front of us somehow.
"Aleya!! Watch-!"
She was hit and fell backward. It was a knife that had come at her. Someone or something threw it. She was laying on her back.
"Aleya!" I yelled.
I felt around for where it had hit her directly.
"It'll take quite a bit of energy to heal this. It went really deep."
I pressed my hand to where it hit her. I closed my eyes. I winced a couple of times. She was back on her feet after a few minutes.
"S-snake, w-what happened?" she asked.
"Someone or something had thrown a knife at you," I responded.
She used a bit of her energy to heal what I couldn't.
"I thought I felt something's presence," she said.
I put her arm around my shoulder. She was holding her stomach.
She tried to shift back but when you shift your bones switch places, it was hard. The knife had hit her around her ribcage and almost dug straight into one of her bones.
"Get on," I said.
She got on my back, I took Raven, and we set off. I could tell we were almost there. At one point there was an ACTUAL wolf. Because I'm part blood wolf, I could pretty much just control it. See, blood wolves can control someone or something's blood from the inside of their body. It can cause a massive amount of discomfort and pain. That's why it's WAY up there on the list of the most brutal elements. We had finally made it. It was a small cave that was only big enough for one wolf to fit through. Not even an 11-year-old human could fit through it. Luckily it was just big enough for a basket to fit through of course. I carefully placed her in there. By that time Aleya was fine and could shift on her own. She shifted, and we left.
*Raven POV*
'Where am I?'
'Mama? Papa?'
