Prologue
Things happen. Maybe they happen for a reason. Maybe they just happen, for no reason whatsoever. The point is, things happen. Maybe we have control over what happen. Maybe we don’t. What we do have control over is what happen next. If something bad happen, we can’t let that one bad thing control our life. We can either just ignore it. Or embrace it. That’s what I choose to do when something bad happen to me. I got fast. Very, very, very fast.
My name is Samantha Sammy Reader. To the rest of Carson City, Nevada, I’m just your everyday, average, nerdy teenage girl. To my closest and dearest friend, however, I am Red Lightning. A legend. And this is how it all started.
