One of the most unique and mesmerizing books I've read
"I love it, and I'm only 10 chapters in (on the Galatea app). Its so refreshing to read a fantasy book on these apps that isn't EXACTLY the same as the rest. It's so unique. So we'll thought out. Again, I am only on chapter 10, but it's got me hooked. Beautifully written, and in many cases, almost like poetry that goes on and on to form chapters. Its amazing that something written so beautifully can hold such brutality. In the same breath, there's little hints of kindness and compassion here and there, even early on in the first 10 chapters which are so heavily filled with gore and raw brutality. It's a fantastic work of art. I'll probably seek it out somewhere that I can purchase it for future reading. "

"This story was so good. I read it in one day because I could not keep my eyes off it. The violence made me cringe sometimes but ita something I resonate with as I am a survivor myself. The story over all is very interesting, I just wished there where more information about sirens in the book. At least another siren that was on her side or that she could meet another one when she was at rhe see, but those are my wishes. "
