Chapter 1

Long, long ago.

Before the beginning.

Before time and space, there existed only nothingness.

The dark spread out its veil in a vacuous never-ending barren void of perpetual blackness.

The silence of ceaseless eternal night, constant and unchanging, an unwavering continuous vacancy spanning a desolate sterile constant expanse.

Flowing continuously without form or feature, no colour, no sound just perfect absolute darkness.

Then from nothing came something, a spark, a minute dance of light in the emptiness of pitch obsidian.

A spark became a glow, the glow became a glimmer, light beget light until that luminescence became a swirling vortex of vivid glorious colours.

A pulsating churning formless galactic Borealis of pure energy, a storm of chaos casting fingers of purple and blue electricity across a once uninhabited desert of night.

Growing, expanding, stretching out, awakening.

Then stillness, the storm of its violent chaotic birth now calm, it suckled and feasted on the darkness surrounding it.

Simultaneously across the abyss, another had come to exist, pink and yellow tendrils of radiant effulgence, brighter and more beautiful yet equally as intense in its eruptive force.

Across the void they sensed the presence of each other, brightening and dimming their luminosity, signalling to their cosmic counterpart.

Flashing, strobing imparting information with pure energy, the first rudimentary communication between sentient beings.

Traversing the everlasting expanse drifting closer and closer, until they found each other.

Swirling, tumbling churning, spinning like the eyes of two great storms.

Sparks flying like a trillion fireworks exploding at once.

Closing in on each other almost touching, then powerfully flung apart like the same poles of a magnet pushing each other away.

Beings of light bound by the attraction of love and the urge for companionship, only to be repelled by the very nature of themselves.

Destined never to touch, never to feel the sanctity of love and the communion and bond of a relationship.

Their glow dulled by the realization that they could never be together, they drifted circling close to one another, yet far enough apart to not feel the rejection of their opposing forces.

Blinking in a language of pulsed light, electricity fizzed and crackled as streams and strands of energy stretched out into the darkness.

Rage engulfed the alpha entity, fuelling its will to become one in loves embrace with its suitress.

Bolts and spheres of plasma radiated from within the entity, shooting out and drifting off into the endless nigritude.

Growing expanding in violent response, its expanse soon overshadowed its celestial consort.

Its size enveloped and engulfed the smaller being, they danced and played in loves joyous symphony.

Lights and energy merging as first love is born.

Then stillness, a moment of perfect clarity and motionlessness.

A glimmer in the gloaming void.

A bright flash as both creatures of brilliance burst into a cascade of palpitating power.

Vibrating, quivering, undulating, dilating out and across the vast dark oblivion.

Spreading its light into the darkness, illuminating the emptiness of infinity.

Coming to a violent stop, snapping back on itself, condensing into a sphere the size of a single atom then exploding.

The explosion!

A cacophony of pure unfettered devastation, destroying themselves in the process.

The climax creating an explosion casting out their seed, the ingredients for life distributed across the newborn universe.

Forming and germinating, creating life from the lifeless.

A rich tapestry weaving its intricate threads across an ever-expanding macrocosm like a cosmic spiders web.

Time and space now existed as the great clock of the universe began to tick.

They had names.

I willed them into existence.

I called them Zarouses and Eyarona.

They were my children.

A God and Goddess of sorts.

Demi-Gods created by me.

I made them, so they would make you.

I sacrificed them to give birth to everything.

I am the constant and the eternal.

I am the creator of creators.

I am the watcher.

I am the one true God.

I am Eldritch.
