Her thirteenth birthday should have been one of the happiest days of the year for Ivory. The party was to not only celebrate, but to introduce her to the pack and society as the Princess. A dark cloud attended, in the formation of her maternal aunt. The one who had always been jealous of Ivory’s mother. The next day, Ivory and her royal parents are enjoying a day on their private beach. Until a grey wolf attacks. Ivory watched helplessly as her parents were killed in front of her. She would have been next, if Mother Nature hadn’t intervened, whisking her away. Miles down the coast, seven orphaned brothers are fishing off a pier when they see an odd sight. Dolphins pushing a large pile of seaweed. They soon discover a small female pup, unconscious, with battle wounds. Ivory’s aunt steps into the throne, while Ivory hides on a farm, with only male wolves. All protective of her. All wanting to keep her safe. All think of her as a sister...except one. The grumpiest one can’t figure out why he sees her as anything but a sister. She stays with them for years, taking care of the home, and baking pies for them to sell at the market. Ivory Snow is a shifter version of Snow White, but is not meant for little ones. It is clean, mostly. Steamy certainly. If you like fairy tales, you enjoy fantasy, and you prefer adult books, then you will enjoy Ivory Snow.
