"It's really a beautiful house, just how I imagined it. A place to unwind. And it's even cheaper than I thought it would be.." Jackson said when the realtor showed the house to him.
"So 3 weeks ago it cost twice as much. But the owner finally seems to want to get rid of it, because she wanted to invest the money in her new house. She married..."
"Wonderful! She's leaving her bachelor's house and I'm allowed to take care of it."
"I'm sure you could get it for even cheaper, if you show up on her..." the realtor said with a wink.
"Do I really look that stupid from there? So that she get a divorce and then wants to keep the apartment?! Or even worse, sticking to me? No thank you.."
The realtor threw back his head and laughed:
"You're must be fed up with women!"
"For now, yes..."
"Oh don't be so unfair, Jackson. You always get the prettiest ones and yet you still complain."
"Maybe that's the case. I usually enjoy my success with women. But always the same? It's getting boring. I just need a break and distance from women.."
"That I would hear that from you? Does my friend Jackson want to settle down soon and only make one woman happy..?"
"No, there are far too many beautiful women out there for that! I just want some space... Just my peace of mind. I just want to take care of my drawings for now."
"No woman in the new house?"
"No. Or in the worst case on one of my drawings.." he grinned mischievously.
"Well then... Here are the keys!", he said laughing and threw it to him. "You can move in immediately."
"Thanks..", he said and left the office in a good mood.
"I want your problems Jackson!", the realtor sighed and shook his head laughing...... and went back to his work.
