Chapter 1

I awoke in a strange bed and in a strange room.

‘What am I doing here?’ I thought to myself.

Getting out of my bed, I was feeling very peaceful for a minute but for some reason and my chest started to throb and ache all of a sudden.

‘M-My chest, why is it suddenly painful-’

I clutched my hand to my chest and closed my eyes, praying the pain would go away, and it did.

‘Wait, what?’

When I opened my eyes, I noticed writings written on the walls.

‘I don’t recall seeing those, what’s going on?’

I thought I was panicking, but I’m actually rather calm? I began to read the words painted on the walls.

“GO TO SCHOOL”

‘GO TO SCHOOL? What does that mean? didn’t I..?’

A voice popped into my head out of nowhere.

(Window.) the voice tells me.

‘Do you want me look out the window?’

When I peered out the window, I noticed black faces with a floating sign with their name written on it below their torso. I was taken aback by what I saw and unconsciously took a few steps backward. It was just pure coincidence that I saw my reflection on the window. And like any other I expected to see ‘my’ reflection but the person that I see in the window...is not me.

My eyes widened as I reached for the phone at the side of the bed.

I turn on the phone, it had no password so I just simply swiped it and what I thought were just a normal phone.

'This phone..'

The phone had the wallpaper only with the words 'Go to school'. It had no apps other than Contacts. Out of curiousness, I tap the app. And once again, it only had the words 'Go to school'.

My body wasn’t trembling, and my thoughts wasn’t spinning; only my eyes widening.

The screen of the phone quickly changed into a alarm.

7 a.m.

[GO TO SCHOOL]

It said on the screen. I turn it off and quickly searched for the uniform.

I discovered it. My uniform was heaped high in the closet. It was dressed in a white and black pattern with a black neck tie. I put it on and decided to check myself in the mirror. In this girl’s body, it looked great. In the mirror, I examine ‘my’ face.

‘How come I can’t see it?’

I couldn’t see it for some reason. Something came to my mind unexpectedly.

[Novel]

'Novel...'

Although I wasn’t sure I know, it had something to do with the word novel. I couldn’t think of a simple reason why I’m here but now I think I do. But For now I have to ‘go to school’. I turn to my right seeing a bag. It looks fully packed. I decided to take a look inside and had what most normal students would have, I put my phone inside and left the dark room.

As I walked out the door, I realized this is a apartment. And this is the first floor.

Then, I saw the people with black faces not moving. Staying on the same spot I last saw them. I tried pushing them but didn’t noticed me nor budged. Once again, I didn’t get scared.

I walked on the road with only one goal on my mind ‘GO TO SCHOOL’. My legs walked as if they know where the school is. I thought about that ‘possible reason’. I walked and finally saw the school, with characters walking but still had a black face with their name on the sign.

As soon as I got in the school gate there I saw the ‘female lead’.

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me.
