Unpack your bags Eddie!! Mom yelled from the kitchen downstairs, like I still couldn't believe it that we actually moved and at that to a very little town called "OAK GLEN" I doubt you've even heard off it, the people here are so strangely nice like almost too nice, I guess it has something to do with their population.....if I didnt know better I'd think that every one in this town was related but hey we're here anyway so let's just make the best out of it. I'm done unpacking mum, I yelled back......can I come down now? Why not, she replied
So I loudly thumped myself downstairs, you don't have to be so loud Ed I have just 1 kid not 5....don't let the neighbors think differently, she smiled at me while talking. Well I'm just kinda excited that we're having a fresh start, making new friends, being in a new neighborhood you know, breathing fresh Oak Glen breeze(exhales), You're crazy, she said as she burst into laughter and of course I joined.
*a knock at the door* who do you think is there? I asked....well go get it
I walked up to the door rather very slowly and when I opened it....Hey, said this strange girl standing at the door, h.....ey I said still staring, well can i come in? Sure yeah *she giggled* what? Well you just don't let any random person at your door in, this town is full of spirits looking for homes to enter so you don't invite just anyone in....she said while smiling, well what did I know? I was still staring. I'm just kidding she said as she tapped me on the shoulder and walked inside.......morning mrs Sanchez, please just Marie sam
Sam? You know her? Well she lives almost next door you know. I'm Samantha *she said while taking her hand out for a hand shake* my friends call me Sam, Eddie, I replied accepting the handshake. Well what do we have here, you've made a new friend on the first day "go oak glen" she said trying to mock me.
Well we'll be going to the same school actually since it's the only school in this town, you don't get to the other one for miles....lemme guess "oak glen high"? Exactly, she answered while the chuckled. It'll be fun, you'd fit in just fine.
