"I have never been much for supernatural/fantasy fiction, so I initially started to skip over this book. But boy am I glad I opened it on a whim. The plot had me hooked immediately and I was waiting for something to happen almost from the very beginning. Once they met, the writer did an amazing job of building tension between Elias and Layla. In addition to the main characters, I also thoroughly enjoyed the development of characters such as Stella and her parents. Their friendship is beautiful. The use of language is superb, and I found myself re-reading certain paragraphs because I did not want the chapter to end. My only wish is that I had discovered this story a bit later in its development because I could easily have enjoyed reading the entire thing in one sitting. In the meantime, I cannot wait for the next updates."

"It seems the run of the mill supernatural romance, but I enjoy the quirky, romance and the well placed suspense. Keep working on grammar and look to extend your vocabulary. I personally get a little bored with the overuse of the word "said"; but other than that you're getting there!👍"
