Dear Mind,
You are tough to understand,
Taming you isn't easy either.
Perhaps you like being this way.
Seeing people sway to your tunes,
Must be extremely satisfying for you.
Sometimes I wonder,
How you must be doing it?
Surely, it can't be easy!
But who knows? Maybe it is for you!
What can I say about your traits?
They must be long and diverse,
Yet, Egotism and Arrogance must be your favourites.
Perhaps I am beginning to offend you now.
But then again,
You are the one making me write this.
You are the one controlling me.
Dear Mind,
I truly wish good for you.
Experience silence sometimes,
Nothingness can be good too.
You will still continue to reign
Albeit a bit more peacefully....
....Than you do now!
