Hard Habits (An Angsty Small-town Romance)

All Rights Reserved ©

Summary

Some habits die hard. Some people are harder to forget. Molly never planned on coming back to Copperwood. But when her estranged grandmother leaves her a crumbling house, she trades her out-of-reach dance dreams for teaching ballet to six-year-olds and fixing up a home that feels more like a stranger's than her own. There's just one problem: Seth Moore. They were inseparable from childhood until a falling out junior year turned best friends into strangers. Ten years later, he's the drummer for Nothing Sacred, the band packing every bar in town, and the last person Molly expected to see again. Too bad he's everywhere she turns. Molly wants nothing more than to rekindle the friendship they lost, but Seth has made it painfully clear he wants nothing to do with her. So when Nothing Sacred lands their first tour and needs someone they trust to handle their merch and money, Molly reluctantly agrees to help. Besides, maybe a few weeks on the road will finally give her a chance to make things right. After all, they're adults now. Surely they can survive a few weeks together.

PARIS IN THE DARK

Hester: Very good, was short too the point , not lingering on the abuse, pity you didn’t let him step in earlier knowing the abuse was happening, but this is almost real for some women who have gone through it, just wish they could all have a princess at te end of thete tunnel
