Prologue
The silent cave room echoed as my lungs busted in and out, heavily pumping the dusty air inside the cave. She held my hand as we both tried to catch our breath, looking at one another.
Her eyes started to explore the debts of my eyes. I blinked, and all of a sudden, her face flushed red.
She pulled her hand back. Nervous, she started scanning the area around us. “We finally made it!” she exclaimed.
I continued gazing at her, recalling the day we first met. I clearly remembered it as if it was just yesterday.
