"A very dark and introspective love story. I loved the complexity of the characters, really showed how trauma can fog your brain and mind making you do things completely not rational but that still feel right. I cried while reading different parts from Macey, as they were written too in details and really cut through. Overall, I loved the story and the writing style , finally a different yet dark point of view "

Unexpected Surprise
"This book has it all keeping the reader eager to turn the pages to read more. Intrigued by the rough road Vee and Andrew traveled, yet was hesitant that there was gonna be some Cinderella-type of ending, but that was/is not the case. Logan surprised me but her mother not in the least bit. Thank you for a great book. Appreciate the skills and talent used. Looking forward to seeing this writing style as I read more of these books."

"Am i the only one who didn’t like macey very much? Almost all their problems came from her assuming things or not telling him things she should. He never actually cheated since they were no longer together anytime he slept with someone else yet she let him spend months in jail instead of telling the cops he saved her and thought he deserved it as karma? Ya he may have been a dick sometimes but that wouldn’t amount to jail time for murder when he did it to save her. "
