"Perhaps what I am seeing as style is due to lack of experience. But if that is so then the author is very talented. I find it engaging, I care about all the characters and I hope to learn more about them. By a few chapters in I got used to the writing style realizing that it was very expressive and seemed to be culturally appropriate. Yes there are words that need to be corrected but it is easy enough to discern the intent. I recommend this story highly. "
Hard to read
"I really like the plot, but it is just so hard to read. There are no commas to break up a long sentence. There are no quotations to indicate when a character is speaking. And a bunch of words are mashed up in a way that doesn't go together. It's all just a jumble of run-on sentences, which is a shame because the plot is SO good. This could be a really great book. It just needs some serious editing. No hate or anything.🙂 "
