"I really enjoyed this book. I love that Adrian wasn't trying to be Iris's savior. He never tried to fix her, and he made sure she knew it's because she wasn't broken! To me that was like a breath of fresh air. Too many stories that have characters that have been through trauma are made to be broken and helpless, needing to be saved. But the reality is they are survivors and warriors, stronger then the trauma that they went through. I love Adrian for helping Iris help herself. Great writing and wonderful character growth. I can't wait to read more of your books in the future."
