A Powerhouse of a First Work
"The writing style was very casual, every conversation sounded like one I myself could have and every character interaction was described in a way that I would describe myself in my head. The setting and world building was simple but effective and the personalized characters entertained me the whole way through. Several grammatical errors could be seen throughout the numerous chapters, but all are minor and it is easy to understand what the original thought/word was. I would say the characters were described enough to know them and get somewhat attached to them, but something about they were described or perhaps how they moved along in the story made it difficult to deeply resonate with them. Regardless, I was still able to understand and feel for them, just not with them. Considering this is the author's first work, this is an incredible story and I'm overzealous to see what other projects they have in mind!"
