Beide Protagonisten sind grausam in Gefangenschaft sexuell gebrochen worden und erleben in der Gemeinsamkeit wie heilsam es ist, jemanden neben sich zu wissen, der das vergangene Leid verstehen kann. So dass beide den Weg zurück ins Leben Scherbenweise zurückerobern und auch lernen wieder befreit zu Lachen. Das Buch ist voraussehbar aber sehr gut und warmherzig geschrieben. "I avoided reading this as not usually into kings ,princesses etc. it from the start as usual @corinthedavies pulled me in with this amazing way to tell a tale of two people so broken because of the same disgusting person, they were only ones who understood the pain abuse, rape and suffering plus the humiliation from ignorant others. You need to read this so I'm saying no more but you will love this give it a chance, another book down not many to go of Corinth Davies a special way with pulling you into the story pure brillance"
