The Luna He Threw Away is not a throw away book
"This was an enjoyable book in the best sense of the word. The characters were well developed and, except for total villain Darius, complex. The pacing was well-thought out. There were no long dull spots but none of the scenes felt rushed. While there were some physical action scenes, this novel is more of an emotional story. The author gave enough detail to ensure the reader knew how each character was dealing with events both internal and external--after you read it, you'll know what I mean--but didn't include a bunch of distracting filler. Concise and informative prose throughout. It is so nice to read writing that is so clean and technically correct. I couldn't even find a misspelled word! My only criticism is that I wanted it to continue on. I'll be reading the side story next."
