"Kinda liked the desperation in the tone of the writing in this book. You couldnt help but empathise with rhe grief of losing the central pillar of your life then the unravelling of what you felt you knew to be true or wanted to be true about yourself. The spice was great, almost an affirmation of not only life but acceptance of their sexuality. The characters didnt feel deep but the feeling the novella evoked by its writing did."
