It such beautiful story

"OKAY WAITTT 😭😭 I actually went into this story thinking “let’s see what we have here” and then THE STORY SAID SIT DOWN, YOU’RE NOT LEAVING YET 💀📖✨ The atmosphere??? HELLO??? 😭🔥 Rome, 69 AD, political chaos, religion, mystery, power struggles—this is giving historical drama + dark fantasy + “something is DEFINITELY not right here” energy and I am HERE FOR IT. 🏛️🕯️ Aelia Flamma is honestly such an interesting character. She has this quiet strength that makes you pay attention to her without needing to constantly scream “LOOK HOW STRONG I AM.” 😭👏🏻 I really liked the way her character fits into the historical setting. AND THE ETERNAL FLAME??? 👀🕯️ BESTIE WHAT IS GOING ONNNN 😭😭 The mystery surrounding it had me suspicious of literally EVERYTHING. Like every little detail had me going: “hmmm... I’m watching you 👁️👁️.” The historical setting is probably one of my favorite things about this story. You can actually feel the Roman atmosphere instead of the setting just being ✨pretty wallpaper✨ behind the characters. 🏛️✨ The political tension and uncertainty make everything feel so much more intense. Also, the writing?? The descriptions are givingggg. 😭🫶🏻 It has that immersive feeling where you can actually picture the scenes while reading, and some moments genuinely made me stop and go, “WAIT—WHAT???” 💀 And the Orc King 👀👀 I KNOW THERE IS MORE TO THIS MAN. THERE HAS TO BE. 😭🫵🏻 The mystery surrounding him has me side-eyeing the entire universe at this point. Overall, this story feels like history walked into a fantasy novel, grabbed a little mystery, sprinkled in romance, and said “good luck figuring this out.” 😭🏛️🕯️✨ Definitely an interesting read if you like historical settings, mystery, fantasy elements, strong characters, and stories that make you keep asking “OKAY BUT WHAT HAPPENS NEXT???” 😭📖💗 Author, you really said ancient Rome but make it ✨UNHINGED✨ and honestly... respect. 🫡😭🔥"
