"I love this novel a lot. The language is easy and the plot constantly in motion. The characters Jamie and Raven are well introduced. Story goues around Jamie amd his relationship with Raven who come to live with him and his "mother*. The outcome is very nice. "

"I'm wondering what specific mix of magic is in this writing that makes me speed read it. It's next level smut I feel, and I don't usually go for these stories, even! Well now I do, I'll be reading more from this author. Loved the dynamic between Raven and the MC, the push-pull dynamic and the hooks at the end of chapters were *chef's kiss.* I also feel like the author did a great job with paragraph spacing and chapter length, I'll be taking notes. Bravo on this story!"

"It's heartbreaking to think how many kids suffer terribly in similar situations. I love how the book portrays the difficulties of an abused teen in foster care but gives a hopeful outlook (probably more hopeful than reality in most cases...)."
