"I waited a bit before writing my review of this book because I wanted to think on what I wanted to say. I will say this. I LOVED this story. It felt beautiful and sweet and somehow encouraging; or maybe inspirational is the right word instead. I read often. The number of books that I read is much higher than just what is in my “history section on this app”. I often jump straight from one book to another. However, when this book was finished it left me with a feeling of completion or satiation. Instead of writing the review immediately or jumping straight into a different story I sat and closed my eyes. I drifted off to sleep and dreamt that I was reliving this story and in my dream my mind expanded on the ending making the story feel even sweeter and more beautiful. Since having read this story I catch myself pausing whatever else I was doing and thinking back to it. I don’t have a clear pinpointed reason of what it was exactly (psychology speaking) that caused me to “feel” so much emotionally but something about it felt like a balm to my soul. Maybe it was simply that I resonated with the feeling of isolation and loneliness and then reveled in feeling the female lead being brought into a family that brought so much protection, support, and healing. Whatever it was it felt healing to my soul and I genuinely and deeply loved this book. This is one that I would interested in someday purchasing a physical copy of just for the sake of having it. I highly recommend reading this story. "
