The author's use of short, high-engagement segments and spirited teen dialogue suits the rapid, free-flow action and emotional rollercoaster of high school relationships as Tessa navigates to her true heart. A reading highlight is Tessa’s bestie Maddie and her razor-sharp wit. Maddie has regular scene-stealing lines. Overall, the text requires patches of editorial polish, but this never distracts from a winsome and zesty YA read. "

"I loved the story! The characters are well-defined, and touching. We are in the head of the main character, feeling what she is feeling and knowing what she is thinking, it really takes us with her throughout the story. The story is cute (and not as long as it seems when you see 60+ chapters haha). Some parts are a bit long or repetitive, but it is catchy enough to overlook it. Nice to read!"

"The story was good. I personally think the first half of the story needs more depth. It was a lot of jump from one conversation to another with no time line, no home/personal life, no deep conversations with each character to learn more personal thing, and no over whelming descriptions. Once Maddie finally decided on Zane the story started to get a little more detail. Maybe tell the story again but from Zanes and Logans perspective. "
