"This is just amazing. The plot, characters, their pasts, the surprises. Just, wow! The dialogue flows so easily, and the interactions are quick and funny. It was comical, emotional, loving, suspenseful and down-right amazing. It wasn't a single moment where I even considered closing the book, even during Isabella's awkward blabbering at the start. A few things, though. It was a bit much repetition and a few moments where it seemed like the author had forgotten the previous chapter. And the commas were a bit confusing. But the other grammar seemed very good and the writing style was efficient and very good. And the near-death experience brought me to tears. It was heartbreaking beautiful. And I actually thought that was their end. I swear James got a shining halo over that head of his when burst through that door. This story has been an amazing experience to a whole new world, and I'm really grateful for its creation. It's beautiful. "

"I really, REALLY liked this story 👍 I was originally apprehensive of the length of the story as most are 40ish chapters but hey I have the time. The length never was an issue as the story moved along constantly and didn’t lag. I really enjoyed the introduction of the characters in the beginning, especially the sassiness of Isabella. The way the author wrote Isabella’s comments and thoughts with her ‘runaway’ mouth about Alexander had me chuckling 😂 as well as how Isabella refers to her pulse, heartbeat and body as ‘traitors’ when her brain thinks otherwise. I found it difficult to put the book down in order to get some ‘stuff’ done around the house but when I did I found myself thinking more about the story. I started to consider this my proverbial carrot in order to get stuff done and then treated the read as my ‘dessert’, but with zero calories 👍. I am definitely going to read more from this author as I truly enjoy her writing style. Now off to make my next selection......"
