I also like that the main character isn't just focused on romance she has her own goals, skills and independence, which makes her feel strong and interesting .The shift from heartbreak to finding a new life and partner with Aleks give the story a satisfying emotional arc. Overall, it feels like a dramatic character driven romance with a strong second chance at life theme"

"Really loved how well drawn the internal thoughts and feelings of the main character were, and how well they carried the story, while giving space for other characters to be real people rather than cut outs. A strong female lead with real reactions to things rather than either being perfect or overly dramatic, and a male lead who was able to recognise the value of his partner as well as his own - very refreshing! No spice, but a good story that made me care about the people, a plot that felt real and made me want to know what happened next. Honestly great writing! Thank you for sharing it with us! "
