"Chapter 1 was such a powerful start! I could really feel Cleo's pain, her struggle as a single mom, and her fear of starting over in Creek Wood. The diner scene with Doris and the sudden entry of the Devils Creek MC gave me chills — such a perfect cliffhanger. Loved the writing style, very emotional and cinematic!"
