"This was an absolute great read! I typically don't like stories where the kidnapped victim falls in love with the kidnapper because, to me, that's not true love or romance, but this story was different. The FL was taken out of necessity. The characters were great and their banter made the story more enjoyable. I thInk including the FL's daughter placed a different spin on the plot because she was an integral part of the storyline. It was a true Mafia story that's for sure. The author did her big one with this one. I would definitely recommend reading!"

"A great read & story, loved it! You will get angry & frustrated, you will laugh & you will cry. It is a story filled with obsession, violence, power, bloodshed, mafia, betrayal, laughter & love. The story is a bit confusing & frustrating at the start as you don’t know why she was taken, however stick with it as the reasons all unfold as the story goes on. I absolutely loved Sofia, a true mafia princess & Marco, the comic relief. All the characters were great. I loved the plot twists along the way, who is the rat? Matteo & Valentina are made for each other, once he gets over he’s fear of loving. I also loved the long chapters. I highly recommend. Well done Sam, a great first time story 👏"
