Even better than the first installment!
"I would still highly recommend reading the first book although I love this one so much more! The character development both of our love birds have is wonderful. The cute and funny awkwardness and unconditional love and acceptance shown is heartwarming. From saftey inspections a of stone bench to changing shirts four times we see what happens when a cold robotic owl melts into a dramatic teenager at 28. Our girl learning what jealousy feels like and how love can be one of the most powerful motivators in the world. Many firsts happen from the bedroom to the press conferences we see what real heart looks like. A couple minor pieces- there is a bit of a voice change in the first spicy scene and using text language like u r ___. And maybe a bit of a transition between minor time skips like ~the next day~ or something would help. "

A Heart-Wrenching, Masterfully Orchestrated Healing Journey
"After the chaos of Book 1, Book 2 completely blew me away. The pacing is absolute perfection. VeloraQuill05 has this incredible ability to slowly, devastatingly, and beautifully break the plot open to show the raw reality of trauma and healing. The characters are so perfectly orchestrated. Watching Galaxy fight for her own healing while Vincent transitions from a cold, terrifying tyrant into a deeply devoted (and hilariously dramatic) husband who changes his shirt four times for dinner was everything. Every twist felt earned, and every emotional beat landed perfectly. A brilliant sequel!"
When The Devil Married Me (Book 2)
"Book 2 excelled! Great storyline and the slow burn so worth it. The humour was perfect and Nero came into his own. The path to romance was a smooth and undulating one with Drax learning how to woo his wife and navigate jealousy. The comical conversations were an absolute treat. I do hope there will be more to Vincent's and Galaxy's story in the near future. Thoroughly recommended read but be sure you do Book 1 first. "
