"As hoped for - the author has delivered further with this great series. A wonderful Mafia style main character with his equally strong wife creating an aura of romance, loyalty and fragility. The plot in this one was tremendously tense and so convincing that I thought the female character had lost it completely. The little twists were somewhat surprising and held my attention right to the very end. I will add that it is such a pleasure to read a story that flows smoothly along with no grammatical errors or typos, revealing an author who has great pride in their work and cares about their readers' experience. If you enjoy romance with the Mafia touch, a female character with common sense, a gripping, realistic plot and a main male character you grow to adore, then don't hesitate to read this series."
