A quand le 2 en français. Jai vraiment aime. Les personnages etait geniaux mais le 1 était trop cours. Et jai vu les autres mais pas en francais. Dommage

Great solo epic saga, and then...it went on.
"Theoretically this is a trilogy, but this was a perfect solo story. I truly wish it had ended before it became too much. That's a personal opinion. The first book was amazing. It covered a familiar trope among shifter stories, but had just enough of a difference to it to make it unique. The FMC was mistreated all her life in her original pack, told she was a null...shifter without a wolf. She still fights to be useful, training with her brother to become something else, even though she couldn't beat him in either battle or a race. That kind of perseverance sings to my soul. The unwillingness to give up, to accept your place, to let the normality rule. I prefer my female heroes strong, feisty, and willing to speak up even when they shouldn't. She speaks the truth in a border clash with another pack and the King present and ends up having to pay a price that rewrites what she knows about the world and herself. Going further would bring spoilers so I'm stopping here. It's a gorgeous story with strong characters on most sides, just not in her own pack beyond her family, and an imagery that is so lush you can almost see it from the descriptions themselves. This is a story of wolves and Lycans intermixed in the story and follows canon for the most part, which is refreshing because these things tend to follow some but not all of it. Which is fine, artistic license applies when you create a world. I highly recommend the first book as it was a great story and even though it goes on? I think it stands quite nicely on its own. "
