Cute love story with dark moments
"This is weirdly enough for the kind of dark plot a really cute love story that has a few pretty dark moments before it turns back to being extremely cute. The two leads are just adorable. The story has a lot of fun moments, a lot of laughs, a few cries and being angry at the situation the leads are finding themselves in. I like the writing style of this author even though as usual a bit of more editing needs to be done. But it doesn't take away from the story. There are the usual timeline weirdnesses but they all can be kind of explained away e.g Dad is certain age, Dad met Mom at certain age, MMC is certain age but there isn't enough time between the two Dad ages to get MMC to that age. This took me out of the story once but than in a later chapter I got the impression that Dad has been current age for a few years already which is something I totally understand as I've had multiple 29th birthdays. It would have just been nicer from a reading perspective to get this impression on the first time they talk about his age and not on the second time. "
