"Chief Parker must be a virgo (guilty). Excessive analysis of feelings always carries the risk of losing the plot. Fortunately the flash of emotion at the final rescue of the granny brings him to his senses. A wonderful story with several cliffhangers that keep you guessing how it will all work out, if at all.
