Excellent story
"This is not the usual fated mates being inevitable story. Rather, the angst of the human and shifter characters (and the pack politics) have the potential to tear each other apart. Definitelyworth reading, and an author I would be happy to revisit."

Die Problemetik eines Teenagers passt auch in diese Zeit. Auch wenn die Aufarbeitung der Verbrechen keine Rechtsstrafe nach sich zog, ist das Ende Strafe genug. Danke für die Veröffentlichung"

"When Wolves Claim isn't your typical werewolf story. The plot shows the ugly side of the mating bond and maintaining pack traditions. The main character, Micah, a human, finds himself pulled into the supernatural world against his will. It's well written, and the characters remain consistent throughout. Unlike most werewolf stories, there is no dramatic change in personality or attitude. Mpeg is not a favourite were trope of mine, but it's done reasonably well in this story."

"This is a beautiful and deliberately painful deviation from the enemies to lovers mate bond trope. It doesn't go the way you think. With some polishing up, editing to fix places where spaces were forgotten or continuity got away from the author and this could be a next level book. But I genuinely could not finish it because entire sections were repetitive or basically ret. Conned large chunks of the previous chapters. Again with polishing i would read it in a heart beat and I really truly wish I could tough it out to see the ending but the repetitive phrasing and conversations that loop back on themselves drained my mental stamina. "

"I really love this story I appreciate that Micha ended up with Rayn not Lucas like in most horrible stories with stockholm syndrome, the writing is really good The way u expressed each and every emotion and explained the state of what happens to a child with emotionally unavailable parents and emotionally available ones the contrast is uff!"

Before you read
"If you are expecting the writer to explain in any way how a male got pregnant you wont get it. It just is. If you are wondering how he gives birth, it acts like he has the parts to without saying anything about it. I expected at least a magical explaination for the pregnancy and maybe a c-section for birth but nope. Chapters or paragraphs repeat here and there. The ending is sad. Don’t judge wolf culture with human eyes about Lucas like most seem to in comments. Wolves are not humans. Its an interesting take on things but i wouldnt say it kept me wanting to read it. I finished it only because i was curious how this writer would close it out. Very anticlimactic. "
